‘Leading industry magazine, The Manufacturer, visited A.G.Barr makers of the famous ‘Irn Bru’ soft drink and saw how their long term association with MCP Consulting Group Ltd. propelled the company to achieve World-Class using ‘The AMIS Assessment’ within an amazing 2-year time frame.
As part of A.G.Barr’s planned Continuous Improvement Programme and a well-developed maintenance strategy, MCP was requested to support asset management and maintenance improvement across the site. The AMIS Journey (Asset Maintenance Improvement System), was facilitated by MCP Consulting Group and used to measure A.G.Barr’s asset maintenance performed on a consistent basis against a worldwide benchmark of peer group companies.
