This week MCP has been delivering MAMC (Wave 10) Programme at Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, Canada.
Wave 10 sees the completion of the programme for the group selected from Johnson & Johnson plants in the US. Returning to their respective sites next week, delegates will be expected to lead engineering and maintenance improvements, sharing best practice across the group.
The photos were taken earlier this week, whilst on a site tour of the production areas during a break from the training.
